1. Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.

Original tags, labels, and clear packaging with SKU label must be intact.

A return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Once approved, items must be shipped back within 7 business days.

Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return (photos may be requested).

Once approved, carefully repackage the item with tags and original packaging.

Ship the package back to the return address provided.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
4. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Refunds are credited to the original payment method.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
