Returns & Exchanges

To request a return, please contact us at help@felvior.com.

Once we receive your return request, you will receive return instructions within 1–2 business days.

 

Return Shipping

If Felvior provides a return shipping label, an $8 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

We use third-party fulfillment and shipping partners that follow specific return procedures. Please carefully follow the return instructions provided to you. Failure to follow the return instructions may result in a delay in processing your refund.

If You Change Your Mind

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Within 7 days of delivery, with packing slip or receipt and tags attached:

    Full refund to the original form of payment

  • Within 30 days of delivery, with packing slip or receipt and tags attached:

    Store credit only

Returned items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Item is new, unused, and undamaged

  • Original tags are attached

  • Item is returned in its original packaging

 

Final Sale Items

The following items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • All Fragrance & Beauty items

  • All Swimwear

Felvior reserves the right to deny the return of any product that does not meet the above conditions.
