Felvior ships to 26 countries worldwide, including the United States and its territories.
US Shipping
Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days for US products, 5-10 business days for overseas products
International Shipping
Shipping times vary by destination:
Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Singapore, UK, UAE: 4-16 business days
European countries (France, Germany, Italy, Spain, etc.): 8-18 business days
Other destinations: 7-29 business days
Shipping Rates
Felvior calculates shipping costs based on total order weight. Shipping rates will be automatically calculated during the checkout process.
Important Notice
Under the Trade Facilitation and Trade Enforcement Act of 2015, imported orders with goods valued over $800 per person per day may be subject to additional taxes. These taxes are the responsibility of the retailer and not Felvior.
Return Policy
Eligibility
US orders only (we do not accept returns for international orders at this time)
Unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label
Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
Items must be shipped back within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund
Non-Returnable Items
The following categories are final sale and non-returnable:

Bodysuits
Face masks
Intimates/Lingerie
Jewelry
Swimwear
Return Process
Contact our customer service to initiate a return within 7 days of delivery
Package unworn items with original tags and packaging
Ship the return package (return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless due to a shipping error or damaged item)
Allow 5-7 business days from receipt of return for processing
Refund will be issued to the original form of payment
Additional Information
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
Orders returned without meeting our criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or may be declined
For split package orders, the return window starts from the final package delivery date
Felvior may at any time in its sole discretion change the policies set forth above.
