Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Felvior, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and on time. Please review our shipping and delivery terms below.



1. Shipping Destinations

  • We ship to the United States and over 25 international destinations, including the UK, European Union countries, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, UAE, Singapore, and more.

  • If your country is not available at checkout, we are unable to ship there at this time.


2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, holidays, or promotional events.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

  • United States & US Territories: 2–5 business days for domestic products; 5–10 business days for items shipped from overseas.

  • Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Singapore, UAE, UK: 4–16 business days.

  • European countries (France, Germany, Italy, Spain, etc.): 8–18 business days.

  • Other international destinations: 7–29 business days.

Delivery estimates do not include order processing time. Actual times may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or local conditions.

 

4. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on total order weight and destination.

  • Rates will be displayed before you confirm payment.

 

5. Duties, Taxes & Customs

 

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Felvior is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by customs.

  • In the U.S., orders valued above $800 per person per day may be subject to additional import taxes as per the Trade Facilitation and Trade Enforcement Act of 2015.

6. Tracking Information

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

 

7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours if they have not yet entered processing.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. Returns may still be available under our Return & Refund Policy.
