Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, please review our return and refund terms.

1. Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.

  • Original tags, labels, and clear packaging with SKU label must be intact.

  • A return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Once approved, items must be shipped back within 7 business days.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Beauty & skincare products

  • Intimates & lingerie

  • Swimwear

  • Bodysuits

  • Face masks

  • Jewelry

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

 

3. Return Process

 

  1. Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return (photos may be requested).

  2. Once approved, carefully repackage the item with tags and original packaging.

  3. Ship the package back to the return address provided.

    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

 

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

 

5. Restocking & Rejections

 

  • Items not meeting eligibility requirements may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or declined entirely.

  • Declined items may be returned to sender or disposed of.

 

6. Exchanges

 

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. To change size/color, return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, contact us immediately with photos.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

 

8. International Orders

  • At present, returns for international orders are limited. Only items with quality issues, damage, or shipping errors may be eligible.

  • Additional customs documentation and extended timelines may apply.
